New Partner joins GATE

GATE strengthens the team strategically by Mrs. Jana Navrátilová joining as a new partner in support of our vision to offer unique, flexible, and customised training solutions to the aviation market at our academies or customer site.

Following the opening of an academy in Ljungbyhed, Sweden in cooperation with the Swedish Air Navigation Provider (ANSP) ACR operating 16 airports and our new Arctic Academy, Greenland to provide training services to the Greenlandic ANSP Mittarfeqarfiit, Mrs. Navrátilová will focus on providing GATE’s training services to continental Europe and worldwide.

The former Executive Director for Training and Business of Air Navigation Services Czech Republic (ANS CR), Mrs. Navrátilová brings a wealth of aviation training experience to GATE’s management team.

GATE founder and CEO, Dirch Jans, states: “We are honoured for Mrs. Navrátilová to join our team. She brings 20 years of professional experience in the ATM industry with a focus on Air Traffic Control training. She successfully managed the Czech Air Navigation Institute (CANI) of ANS CR for more than a decade and made CANI a reputable training institution. We are delighted to have Mrs. Navrátilová on board as a new partner offering GATE’s services to Europe and beyond.”

Mrs. Navrátilová adds to her decision: “Joining GATE was a clear choice for me after I decided to continue my career in the field which I am deeply passionate about.
