Our training concept integrates proven methodologies meeting the needs of today’s learners

Who should attend the course?

The objective of our initial Assessor training course is to enable the successful candidate to apply for an Assessor endorsement on their Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) license.

Course summary

GATE Aviation Training (GATE) has designed a new Assessor training course that places the ATCO at the centre of the training concept. We use modern learning principles and proven pedological techniques to provide ATCOs with high-class theoretical knowledge and assessment skills necessary to apply for an Assessor endorsement.

The training course is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the EU 2015/340 regulation and operational competence assessment schemes including different assessment methods.
